Program Overview

Students examine the unique, creative culture forged by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Through sharing, discussion and debate, students voice their viewpoints on effective leadership, ownership, communication, creativity, success and the "comfort zone." Participants enter the park for a case study in real-world leadership where they'll discover how hundreds of Cast Members across numerous teams unite to support the entertainment offerings of the Disneyland Resort. To see these concepts in action, students are treated to a viewing of a select show or entertainment experience.
