Why aren’t my Professional Development hours listed on my certificate?

All calculated hours will be listed in an email sent to the registered email address used to access Imagination Day 2026. The email will come from the following address:

disneyimaginationcampus@mail.disneyyouth.com.

Disney Imagination Campus recommends submitting both the email, as well as the downloadable certificate above, to your organization for PD hours.

How were Professional Development hours calculated for Imagination Day?
The total amount of PD hours you are awarded is determined by the amount of time logged on during the LIVE event on July 29, 2026, as well as any hours watched of the video recording, available for ~60-days post event. The total amount of hours an individual could have received was 5.5 hours.
Why haven’t I received an email with my Imagination Day Professional Development hours?
Please check your spam/junk folder(s) and search for any emails coming from “disneyimaginationcampus@mail.disneyyouth.com.” If you still have not found an email containing your listed hours please contact DPEP.Disney.Imagination.Campus.Brand@disney.com.
What should I do if my organization is not accepting my Professional Development hours from Imagination Day?
Because every organization has different requirements pertaining to PD, Disney Imagination Campus encourages you to check with your organization’s specific requirements prior to the event. Disney Imagination Campus does not take responsibility for an organization not accepting PD hours and recommends submitting both the email containing your achieved hours, as well as the downloadable certificate, to your organization for confirmation of event attendance.
How will Imagination Day 2027 differ from Imagination Day 2026?
Details of the 2027 event are still under way, but each year attendees can expect a variety of new topics, speakers, and logistics! Get ready to enjoy a new event experience throughout the same virtual flow that makes this event so convenient for earning PD hours.
