Participating Locations

Vouchers may be redeemed only at select participating merchandise, snack, and beverage locations at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and only to the extent the guest’s Grad Nite admission ticket provides park admission at that park and time, including during the Grad Nite Event. Participating locations are subject to change without notice and may vary by event date. Vouchers may not be redeemed at any other location, even if that location sells the same items.

Purchase & Distribution

• Only schools registered for Grad Nite 2027 may purchase Grad Nite Passes for distribution to their registered students. Each Grad Nite Pass is for the student to whom the school distributes it and may not be sold, resold, or transferred.
• The Grad Nite Pass costs $45 (including applicable taxes) and does not include admission to the Grad Nite Event or any Disneyland Resort park. Purchasing a Grad Nite Pass is optional. The purchase price does not establish a dollar balance or redemption value for the Grad Nite Pass or its vouchers.
• Printed Grad Nite Passes are shipped in bulk to the purchasing school for distribution to its registered students. Schools must provide these Terms & Conditions to each student before distribution.
• Use of a Grad Nite Pass by a guest under 18 years of age is subject to the consent of the guest’s parent or legal guardian.

Redemption & Validity

• To redeem a voucher, the guest must present the original Grad Nite Pass to a Cast Member at a participating location. No photocopies, screenshots, or other reproductions will be accepted.
• The barcode or QR code on the Grad Nite Pass will be scanned to validate and record each redemption.
• Valid park admission under the guest’s Grad Nite admission ticket for the park and time of redemption, including the Grad Nite Event, is required to redeem any voucher included in the Grad Nite Pass.
• Each voucher may be redeemed only once. Redeeming a voucher does not affect the Grad Nite Pass’s other unused vouchers.
• Only one Grad Nite Pass may be used per transaction, and vouchers may not be pooled or combined to obtain an item outside their corresponding assortment. Applicable taxes on redeemed items are included.
• The Grad Nite Pass and its vouchers are valid only on the date shown on the guest’s Grad Nite admission ticket, only at a park and during the hours for which that ticket provides admission (including the Grad Nite Event), and only while a participating location is open. Items may not be redeemed outside that admission period, including before or after the guest’s Grad Nite 2027 date or during another Grad Nite Event.
• The Grad Nite Pass and any unused vouchers expire when the Grad Nite Event ends and will not be extended, honored, or replaced afterward, except as described below.

Availability, Refunds & Restrictions

• The Grad Nite Pass and its vouchers provide only the right to receive the listed eligible items. They have no dollar balance or stored monetary value, cannot be reloaded, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, in whole or in part.
• Eligible items are subject to availability and may vary by location and event date; no specific item is guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, the guest may choose another available item in the same assortment; unlisted items are not eligible substitutes, regardless of retail price, and an item selling out is not grounds for a refund or rain check.
• Grad Nite Passes and their included vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired, except as required by applicable law.
• Vouchers may not be exchanged between categories, combined with any coupon, discount, offer, or promotion, or used as credit or payment toward other goods, services, dining, or experiences. No exchanges, substitutions, or upgrades outside the corresponding assortment are permitted, including by paying a price difference, and differences in retail price do not entitle guests to additional items, refunds, cash, credit, or change.
• Grad Nite Passes that are copied, altered, forged, tampered with, or otherwise fraudulent are void. Disney may void a Grad Nite Pass or refuse redemption if it reasonably determines that fraud or misuse has occurred, and a Grad Nite Pass sold or transferred in violation of these Terms & Conditions is void.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Program Modifications

Disney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Grad Nite Pass program, its vouchers, eligible assortments, pricing, participating locations, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. These Terms & Conditions apply together with the Disneyland Resort Ticket Terms and Conditions, Rules of Conduct, and any other terms applicable to Grad Nite 2027 admission. Other restrictions may apply.
