Explore Walt Disney’s leadership style and his secret to making dreams come true through the 4 C’s of leadership: courage, curiosity, constancy and confidence.
In this field study, students participate in an interactive leadership assembly that inspires them to grow and develop their leadership style—and gives them the tools to do it.
An experienced team of energetic, entertaining Disney facilitators provides an exciting behind-the-scenes look into the history of Disneyland® Resort and the courage it took for Walt to bring one of his most “impossible” dreams to life.
Through interactive activities and team-building exercises, students experiment with active listening techniques, learn how to step beyond their comfort zone and discover how to grow into a leader who reflects the character and core values they most admire. They analyze their personal goals and develop strategies to achieve them, and explore in depth the power of self-esteem and confidence. In an interactive question-and-answer session, they learn about the challenges of leadership firsthand from a Disneyland® Resort leader.
