Coming in early 2019, learn about the Disney philosophy and management processes used by our lines of businesses. Influenced by Walt Disney's approach to hospitality, you'll see how effective training and a shared understanding of common goals help Cast Members meet and exceed Guests' expectations. Participants will visit multiple areas of Walt Disney World® Resort to see how each area is connected to the overall business.

Please note: Additional Guest tickets do not include participation in the Disney Education Programs – College Edition program.
Disney Youth Representatives can guide you in choosing the programs that best suit your group, plan your food and beverage options and even help you book your Disney Resort accommodations at special group rates.
Minimum of 1 adult per 10 students must attend the program. The number of group leaders and additional Guests (i.e., chaperones, siblings, etc.) may not exceed the number of students.
Theme-park admission is required and all participants must purchase a Disney Education Programs – College Edition Ticket Package to attend any Disney Education Programs – College Edition program. Use of an admission is required for entrance into the park on the date of your program. Tickets are valid for 7 days prior to your arrival date and after departure date. Tickets are only available to residents of the Domestic U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Annual passes, complimentary admission and regular front‐gate admission cannot be applied to the cost of a program.
