Join us on July 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST for this exciting opportunity hosted by Ashley Eckstein, voice of Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Session 1: Common Purpose as a Foundation

Learn what a brand promise can do to promote better communication and collaboration between administration, staff, faculty, students, and parents. Understanding an intentional common purpose can set a foundation that can be shared throughout the school and implemented in the classroom.
Session 2: Leadership Values

We believe everyone is a leader. Disney Institute will guide you to recognize your personal leadership values and how to embrace them in your role to help establish a foundation where your visions can be shared with confidence.
Panel Discussion: Unlocking Disney's 5 Keys

During this panel, teachers will get a glimpse into how Disney creates a culture rooted in shared purpose and values. They will hear about real-world applications of Disney’s 5 Keys that can enhance any organization.
Session 3: Activate Intentional Communication Touch Points

Being as intentional about internal communication as we are with external communication can improve the school environment on many levels. Explore processes that can change the way you think about communication and how to identify intentional touch points that can make a difference in your role.

Dr. Chloe Barry, Pediatric and Adolescent Psychologist at AdventHealth for Children will share about mental health, well-being and fostering a Mindleader culture in schools. Moderated by Ashley Eckstein, the two will discuss mental health challenges today’s students face and share actionable strategies for creating supportive and empathetic learning environments.
Session 5: Fuel Ideation & Positive Change

Disney leaders will share how creativity & innovation are tools embraced at Disney. Speakers will share examples of how feedback is consistently used to improve and bring new experiences to guests and how teachers can tap into these same tools to impact their school and classroom.
