Join Band Director Laurie and her high school marching band students as they perform in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort!

Laurie and her students traveled by bus from New York to Florida to experience this magical opportunity to perform in front of thousands of Guests from around the world at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Performing in Magic Kingdom is a tradition for her school’s marching band – they have been traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with their students for over 30 years!

The students learned invaluable lessons in discipline, hard work, and dedication as they diligently fundraised for their trip and made sure they were fully equipped for a week of performances and festivities.

But perhaps the most unforgettable moment for Laurie and her students was seeing the outpouring of support from their school community as they reached the end of Main Street. She shares, "It really made it special for the students to feel supported in their performance."

Laurie says, "Performing in the Magic Kingdom has been such a positive, amazing experience for our students.”

For this group of talented young musicians, it was a moment they will cherish for a lifetime.

It's a reminder of the power of music to bring people together and the importance of chasing your dreams, no matter how big or small they may seem.
