As long as you have a group of at least 10 students and you are within a year of your desired program date, you can begin to research and register or apply for your experience.
Step 2: Book Your Rooms
With complimentary theme park transportation and on-site food and beverage options, the proximity to the magic helps you maximize your time by booking your group stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel! Our team can help you select a resort that fits your budget and assist with holding rooms for your length of stay. Step 3: Purchase Your Theme Park Tickets
Compile your Guest list, decide how many days you want to spend playing in our theme parks and contact our Disney Youth Programs Sales Team to purchase your ticket packages.

Step 4: Make the Most of Meal Time
Don’t forget to plan out your meal time! From grab-and-go meals to private dinner parties, we have a buffet of options to keep your group fueled up for learning. Our team will help you prepare for whatever dining option fits your appetite.
Step 5: Submit Your Rooming List
As your travel date draws near, be sure to put the finishing touches on your rooming list and send it to our reservation specialists. We will add the names of your students to your rooms and complete the booking process.

Step 6: Schedule Your Disney Experience
What is more fun than experiencing your favorite attraction? Securing your arrival times for attractions in advance! The My Disney Experience online planning tool allows you to make FastPass+ selections for your favorite attractions before you arrive.
Step 7: Confirm Your Experiences
You’ve made it to the home stretch! Our team will reach out to confirm the final details for your performances and programs including timing, meeting locations and transportation logistics.
Step 8: Book Transportation
For programs that begin once the park is open or later, groups staying in a Disney Resort hotel are welcome to use the complimentary Resort buses. For groups attending programs prior to park opening, we recommend calling Mears Group Transportation at (407) 839-1570 to make alternative arrangements. Private, chartered transportation is required for certain Disney Youth Programs.
Step 9: Finalize your Resort Stay and Dining Information
Submit any final information needed for your resort stay and custom dining experiences. We’ll will put the finishing touch on all of your details.
