We know planning a trip for a group of students may seem overwhelming, but that is why Disney Imagination Campus is here for you every step of the way to make the planning process as seamless as possible!

To help break it down, below are a few easy steps to booking and planning a Disney Imagination Campus experience for your student youth group:

Step 1: Pick Your Disney Imagination Campus Experience

Whether you have an ensemble of entertainers or a mass of mathematicians, we have a perfect experience geared specifically to your group! Disney Imagination Campus offers an assortment of educational, performance, and Park experiences tailored to inspire young minds. As long as you have a group of at least 10 students and you are within a year of your desired program date, you can begin to research and register or apply for your experience.

Step 2: Book Your Rooms

With complimentary theme park transportation and on-site food and beverage options, the proximity to the magic helps you maximize your time by booking your group stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel! Our team can help you select a resort that fits your budget and assist with holding rooms for your length of stay.

For groups traveling to the Disneyland Resort, our team can help suggest lodging options that are a good fit for you and your students. Be sure to call our Disney Imagination Campus Sales Team at (321) 939-7560 or contact your Travel Planner.

Step 3: Purchase Your Theme Park Tickets

Compile your Guest list and decide how many days you want to spend playing in our theme parks. Our Disney Imagination Campus Sales Team will send over a link to help you to purchase your ticket packages. Please keep in mind that Park Reservations are required to visit both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. You’ll want to book at least at least 45 days out from your travel to ensure that your travel dates are available.

Step 4: Make the Most of Meal Time

Don’t forget to plan out your mealtime! From grab-and-go meals to private dinner parties, we have a buffet of options to keep your group fueled up for learning. Our team will help you prepare for whatever dining option fits your appetite, whether that is purchasing easy to use Meal Certificates for your group, Disney Dining Cards or even hosting private Food and Beverage events for your students.

Step 5: Book Transportation

For programs at the Walt Disney World Resort that begin once the park is open or later, groups staying in a Disney Resort hotel are welcome to use the complimentary Resort buses.

For groups at the Disneyland Resort, or groups at the Walt Disney World Resort attending programs prior to park opening, we recommend making alternative transportation arrangements. Private, chartered transportation is required for certain Disney Imagination Campus workshops. The Disney Imagination Campus team is happy to help provide recommendations for what would be best for your student group.

Step 6: Confirm Your Experiences

You’ve made it to the home stretch! Our team will reach out to confirm the final details for your experiences including timing, meeting locations and transportation logistics.

Step 7: Go Learn, Play and Explore

You’ve arrived! It’s time enjoy a life-changing experience with your students.
